Discount Tire

I was going to buy some tires for a friend in need. And they were going to get them sent from Texas to Arizona. Ironically, somebody else already purchased tires for this very same friend. So they accommodated my refund promptly. These guys are really good dudes. I've been doing business with discount tire for a long time.And I will continue to do so.The Temple store is superb!

Always helpful, honor their warranty (I had a nail causing frequent loss of pressure, they replaced without question. Keep your info so don't argue they don't know what you are talking about. Buy my tires from nowhere else and haven't for years, a customer forever due to the Corpus Christi guys changing a flat for my sister and I -on an overpass, in the rain, in Rental Car! and refusing to charge us!!. Refered us to where we needed to go for the rental car. Have gone to them in Temple, San Antonio, Round Rock--- always Sooo nice and courteous..fix you up quickly and efficiently.Great group.

I had to come after work in pure panic after my AAA service could not help me with my tire, the fix was more complicated than I was ready for. I called several places before getting even a glimpse of hope. It's the end of the day, and these guys are surely ready to go home but they went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. Lee, the assistant manager, was so kind and professional. He set me up with all new tires, fixed the issue, and made the experience so stress free and easy going. I can't even really afford that right now so he also was able to help set me up with financing. I was seriously sitting in my car, tears in my eyes, frantically wondering how I was going to get through this issue. Within 10 minutes of talking to Lee I was immediately set at ease. Disappointed. They broke 2 lug nuts off my wife's car. They sent her to a place to fix it, they paid to fix it. Good, they broke it. I had a 9:30am appointment. At 10:10am they started rotating my tires. Why have a 9:30am appointment if they wait 40 extra minutes to start. That went fine. I was out of there by 10:40am. My wife had to drive to another place to fix Discount Tires breaking off a lug nut. It turns out they broke off 2 lug nuts and didn't know it. They sent my wife to drive to another place with 2 broken lug nuts, unsafe for sure. They stress they are safety focused. Yet very little concern for their distruction. They put the tire on previously. No one had touched the tire except Discount Tire. Why have an appointment and sit for 40 minutes until they start. Just be honest and

I usually love coming here to get the air pressure checked in my tires, but today they had the slowest youung man ever. The line was out the wazoo. I will never come back to this Discount Tire shop. Edit: The manager of this shop contacted me to find out what happened and why I gave it a 2 star review. I appreciate his efforts to contact me. After I wrote the review I realized the young man was measuring the depth of tread of each tire while he was checking the air in them. I did not ask for my tire tread to be checked and I didn't have time for that. I appreciate the management's follow-up and concern, but I still don't want my tire tread measured when I just want the air pressure checked.
