Very nice staff and quick service! Didn't expect to be able to make a same day appointment after changing a blown tire in the early afternoon, but they had a lot of availability and a quick turnaround! Couldn't be more grateful that they were able to get me new tires. 10/10 would reccomend and would go again!

This is the worst balancing job I’ve ever seen. The tech that mounted and balanced these brand new Michelin tires, is not capable. Not only are the wheel weights hanging off the face of the rim, this tech managed to leave a noticeable gouge on the lip of brand new painted wheels. Very frustrating

The young gentleman I spoke to, Chris was really excellent! He took his time with me explaining things about rims & tires & gave me prices of several rims. He told me to think over what I wanted to do & call him back. This young man is definitely an asset to this location!

John is awesome and I highly recommend that you do business with him. I had two back tires that were on the fritz. As a BMW owner everyone else wanted top dollar. He found me the absolute best pricing and got me in and out quickly. He conducts himself very professionally and knows a lot. I thought he was the store manager. If he’s not, he really should be! Great experience. I had taken my car in for service at the Southfield Tamaroff Honda (terrible experience) and on the way home the tire light came on and the car was pulling. Discount Tire checked my tires for FREE! They discovered that two of them were not balanced. They fixed those and didn’t charge me anything! Will definitely remember this next time I need tires!! Thank you!!
