Discount Tire

I had an appointment in November 2025 and had an excellent experience at Discount Tire. Brice ... a taller, bald, built gentleman helped me and caught something important: my full-size spare was from 2009. It looked brand new and had never been used, but he explained that older tires can still be unsafe. I’m glad he noticed it before I relied on it for future use we replaced it, as well as the other tires. He also mentioned that they price match, which was great since I originally came in with a set of high-end tires I’d purchased on Amazon. Brice went above and beyond and made the whole process easy. He was very professional, and so were the rest of the staff. Kristopher, one of the techs, and his team helped out tremendously they got my Lexus LS460 in and out quickly and handled ever

Not gonna lie when my wife called and said there was a giant nail in her tire I was not hopeful. Long story short put a donut on the car and drove to Discount Tire. Saw the volume of cars and customers and it was an hour to closing time. 🙃 but I went in and Cameron immediately came out to look at the damage. "Yeah we got you" and 30 mins later it was fixed. Amazing work yall! Thanks so much!

They were very accommodating, price matched or better. 8 toes bought for two vehicles in one day and didn't feel like we were taken to the cleaners or anything. Helpful staff, very busy. Comfortable seating.

if you value tour time.. NEVER, EVER come to this location.. they have overgrown their location and very much old school, one hour, will turn to two hours. Even though you "have appointment". I recommend south location. at least you can walk around the shopping center and get work done at the local coffeehouse.

Extremely frustrated. I had an 11:30 appointment, arrived at 11:00 to ensure I’d be done by 12:15 for a meeting I clearly communicated I could not miss. I was reassured it would take no more than 45 minutes. Instead, I didn’t get my vehicle back until 12:35—over two hours total. There was no notice that the job would run longer, no call and despite them providing a service progress tracking link - the completion time never changed from 12:15. I missed my meeting and had to notify my team last minute. When I raised the concern politely, I was told, “Sorry, it’s just been busy,” with no accountability or proactive communication.
