Was able to take care of a tire replacement, from the initial call to the install. Note to corporate; take good care of these guys, they are working hard for you!

i recently visited Discount Tire at 1610 Norman Dr, in Valdosta, GA. I had bought a set of tires and brought them in to be installed. I set an appointment up and went in as scheduled. The location was very clean and looked impressive. The staff was very nice and polite and had a nice sense of humor. I had barely sat down and got comfortable and the tires were installed and I was on my way. Good job, guys! See ya for a rotation soon!

I never knew great customer service and such amazing professionalism was still around. I have been getting my tires from Walmart for about 3 years now and even though the customer service there is way below average, I did not know of a better place until I found Discount Tire. I called them looking for used tires for a project car im working on and as soon as they answered the phone, I knew they were going to be amazing. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and feels like I knew them my whole life the way we carried a conversation. Spoke with Reece on my first call to them, in which he explained the process and some options and he was phenomenal. I even got a follow up call from Steve the manager explaining even more options and we ended up finding and making a deal on 4 brand
