The team here is amazing. I had a major issue with my passenger tire and they were willing to help me. They TRULY care about safety instead of profit. They do not nickel and dime you to death. They truly care for the safety of their customers. BIG shoutout to Kyle, you’re a real one.

Wonderful experience at this store. I am even driving from downtown Norfolk to have 2 new tires and three ugly rims on, so that I match. But I can work with these rims. This store went above and beyond. In my opinion, to cover for the other store. The damage that was done to the inside of my rim, I would have known if I ran something over. Two spots, one worse than the other. This shop is great, very knowledgeable, and willing to make the customer happy regardless of if they were responsible.

During my visit, the three “Tyler’s” ran the front of the house professionally, personably, and efficiently. My online quote was processed quickly and although the tires were not in stock at the store, arrangements were made to get and install them before the end of the business day. The tire installations and wheel alignment were completed with professional care and experience. Based on the professionalism, price, and overall experience it’s no wonder this store has such a high rating. Thank you!
