Discount Tire

I'm not from the area, just here for work. I needed a tire rotation/balance. They were easy to set the appointment up with and didnt waste time working on my truck. The whole free tire rotation/balance, air pressure, and repairs at any discount tire as long as the tires were bought via the company is definitely one of the perks of Discount Tire as a whole.

Management is awesome and I have no qualms with them. Where I do have major issues is with the technician(s) actually working on the car. Either carelessness or laziness, but they scratched the hell out of my rims using the machine for new tires and when putting the bolts in. Every rim is banged up. It's my first and last time using this company. I've used Costco, dealership, Sam's Club, and even Walmart before with no issues. I don't understand why, but this place has been the worst experience so far. On top of that, the technician(s) over inflated my tires. The door clearly states 35 psi, but when I checked the air pressure when I noticed my gas mileage was significantly low (less than half what I normally get), come to find out they had inflated the tires to 40 psi. To all the moms—if you have kids with you this is hands down the place to go. I’m 33 weeks pregnant with 3 kids 4 and under. I try to avoid situations like these with my kids but we were in a pinch today and the employees at discount tire were so accommodating and helpful! They made it so easy despite the chaos that comes with little kids and were very quick and efficient

I was assisted over the phone by a gentleman named Dylan, and during my visit I was helped by a gentleman named Corey. Both were very professional and helpful. Corey came out to look at my tires before recommending which ones would work best for my car. He told me the work would take about 45 minutes, and it did. I received a notification that my car was ready, and when I arrived and saw the work completed, I was very happy with my purchase.

OMG! This place is AMAZING!!! We are so impressed with how the entire team works! Jake was our Service guy, Dalton made sure pressure sensor was working and tire installer (sorry we didn't get his name) was extremely helpful, fast, courteous.This Team exceeded all of our expectations and more!!!
