Jackson at Discount Tire in Winter Haven was incredibly kind and helpful when I came in with a flat tire. He took the time to walk me through my options for a replacement and patiently explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, especially since I don’t know much about tires. I never felt rushed or talked down to—he was genuinely patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Even when a huge rush of customers came in and it was going to take a minute for them to get to my car, he still made the effort to come check in on me and give me updates on how everything was going. Great service!! The fastest service I have ever had for new tires being mounted. Everyone was professional and curteous and attentive. They were patient when I asked about things I didn’t understand and they explained them in detail and in no rush. Amazing. Recommend this place 100%!

Ben was amazing! I came in right as they closed, having driven all the way from Tampa with an almost-flat tire. He let me in, reassured me, and got my tire fixed quickly all while having great customer service and being very energetic! Everyone in the shop was kind and so helpful! Kishawn fixed my tire that I was told was completely unfixable at another auto shop! Everything was top tier and I’d recommend this staff to anyone who needs any auto work done. Absolutely awesome! I purchased new Michelin defender tires for my Ford F350. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to the Winterhaven store and I’m thankful that I did. Reyes gave me great customer service and patience. He explained the tire warranty and gave me a small discount for purchasing today. I ordered the tires online and I felt that they gave me the best price versus other tire shops closer to my home. Ultimately, we will be traveling across the country and if we had an issue, I know that I can get service for these tires across the country versus buying from a small Mom And pop store. Because as soon as I leave the other tire stores there’s no help after that Point Of sale. Discount Tire has lots of locations across the country. I also double checked the date stamp on the tires so that they were made
