Discount Tires - East

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wasn't there for new tires, I was just there to get a flat repaired. Not only did they repair it with no fuss (and for free on top of it!), they were friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me on anything! The tech who helped repair the tire topped off the air in my other tires and casually mentions that I'd get better traction if I swapped my front and back tires because the front ones were getting bald. No attempt to sell me new tires. No pressure about how unsafe my tires were. No shady looks or passive aggressive comments. Just genuine attempts to be helpful. Now, I've never been to this shop before and I have no idea what their prices are like. But there is a 100% chance that I'll go back when I'm ready to get those front tires

I was on the road when my wife sent our son to do oil change, don’t know why he took it here but he did. I get home few weeks later and see oil on the driveway where she parks thought that’s weird 2019 shouldn’t be leaking. I took it up there they put on the rack as 4 of them looking at it called me in and said not us it’s your oil pan, I said no it’s not he says yes it is we can fix if you like. I said nope this car never leaked until you did oil change I’ll take it to have somebody else look at. Cost 150 for mechanic to pull it in and look at the oil filter , I watch him do the job, two gaskets on the filter and it was loose. I went back up there and told them and they still acted stupid like no us we did not do it. Now if they would have done me better this would be different never will

I've heard great things about this place yet when I stopped in needing a bit of help the gentleman brushed me off without listening and sent me on my way. Not impressed.

Great place. They got me in quick, and even let me know I had a bad bearing on my trailer.

Came in for new brakes and rear hub assembly. Paid almost 400 dollars for the labor. Left out with brakes that can kill someone and traction control system light on dash board stability light on dash board. So in summary they let me leave with no brakes or traction control but that's fine as long as they get paid.
