Went there to have a radiator replaced and it started leaking. They scheduled me to come in in a couple of weeks and told me to just keep putting coolant in it. When in on Saturday morning at 8:00 now they're telling me it's the water pump. I asked how much is this going to be and they told me they don't work on diesels. The radiator they replaced was on my diesel truck. I said that was funny I didn't have any problems with my water pump when I brought you the truck to begin with. He said well when your radiator cracked it must have been the water pump too but it was the bracket that had cracked. He got very rude because I was asking him questions about why was the coolant leaking and not water and I made him explain it to me. I'm not a mechanic that's why I was bringing it to him. So I'm

Very friendly service. Also suggested a more cost-effective tire option and stated breaks were still good and didn't need replacing. We ended up spending a lot less than we first expected. Happy customers 🤓

I thought I needed a simple alignment, but it turned out I needed a new front end. They did a great job, and the price was right. I'll be going back!

Had a flat on my truck at 5pm. Needed it fixed urgently. Called Discount Tire whose Google listing said they were open until 5:30pm. Told them my situation and that I was 10 minutes away and asked if they could fix it. They said " we are already closing and can't help you'. I called Robertson tire and told the my situation at 5:15pm and they said "come on. We will get you taken care of." I will not ever patronize or recommend Discount Tires on 32nd St in Muskogee again!
