They truly restored it to looking brand new - every detail was handled with incredible care and precision. Being someone who is very detail-oriented myself, I especially appreciated how detail-oriented the team was, along with being professional, caring, and easy to talk to. They were completely honest and transparent and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which eased my stress about leaving my car to be worked on. We brought our son’s car here for a very big repair. Denis was amazing from start to finish! He was in constant communication with us and the job he did was amazing!! He stood by his incredible work and went above and beyond to make everything right!!

I cannot thank the guys at Division Auto Body enough. A drunk driver hit our 2012 Xterra. Before the hit, the car was in excellent condition. It is built like a tank, and in all the years we've had it, it's only gone to the mechanic's once. The car's condition really didn't matter for insurance, so it was deemed totaled. That part of the story isn't worth getting into, but to make a long story short, that 'totaled' car is now on the road, looking pretty not-totaled! Not only does Division Auto Body do great work, but it has great service: very down-to-earth, no glitz, just real people doing really good work!

Extremely disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair, but it turned into a stressful, and time-consuming nightmare. The estimate kept changing 3 times, there was poor communication with insurence, they were not answering calls for updates - I had to chase them down repeatedly. When I finally got my car back, there were paint imperfections, it was in 3 different colors and there was water leaking into the back part of the car. I immediately brought it to their attention, but they even did not brush it off and said it wasn’t their fault. They acted defensive instead of taking responsibility. Only after complainings from adjustment 2 times, they fixed. I will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and

The craftsmanship was top-notch — you’d never even know my car had damage. The paint matched perfectly, and the attention to detail really stood out. They finished the job on time and kept their word on pricing. Denis was great and got it done quick.
