Great dealer! Worked with Aaron and his dad, Steve to buy my used Forester. Both were very pleasant to work with, gave me a great deal, and went above and beyond to make sure I got a reliable vehicle!

YOUNG PEOPLE BEWARE!!! Aaron is so unprofessional, told me that I am good to drive 45 minutes to go see a vehicle, cashier's check in hand ready to buy. He sold it as I was pulling into the parking lot, when 10 minutes before he told me we are still good for it. When I got there with my mom and grandpa, who both took off work to bring me to go see this vehicle. I was obviously very upset as Aaron gave no fear or even a heads up that anyone else was even interested in the vehicle, he completely wasted my family and I's time. SOOOOO unprofessional. When I got there, he couldn't even look me in the eyes as I was ushered away from his desk from his dad, who just kept apologizing as I was crying and upset that I went through all of this work just to have the rug pulled out from under me last mi

Aaron and Steve are simply great people who are super informative and easy to talk to. They made this experience fun instead of stressful and we traveled 3 hours to get there. They've earned our business for years to come! I read some of the complaints and don't agree at all, the struts in the hatchback weren't holding up the hatchback, when I brought it up they fixed it on the spot with a set of brand new ones. Both of these gentlemen told my Wife and I any problems give us a call. Remember we are buying a used car so there's only so much they can guarantee, complaints on issues months later is a little unrealistic because it depends on you maintaining the vehicle and how hard you drive it. 5 ⭐️'s all day from us for Dixon Auto!

I went to Dixon Auto because a friend recommended them to me, and I was interested in a Subaru Forester that they had for sale. They let me inspect the vehicle, test drive it, and take it to an auto shop to have it inspected before I purchased it. When I returned from the auto shop, I talked with Aaron and Steve about what the shop found was wrong with the vehicle, which was just basic wear and tear, nothing too bad. They offered to fix a couple of things on the vehicle, and even offered it to me below the price that they had listed, which was already below blue book value, and I took them up on the offer. Dixon Auto has a nice selection of Subaru's to choose from and was very helpful in choosing one that I liked. I drove from Fargo, ND to pick up a car and I was not dis appointed. Thank you again Aaron! I will be coming back to buy again and I will tell others!
