Dixon's Towing and Auto Repair

We had had a horrible day with my vehicle and were too far from home. It was a sunday and there weren’t any auto shops open and then we called and he said to come right in and he’d get us fixed up. I felt super confident and safe as soon as we got there and he was completely transparent with the issues that we had. Super helpful and polite and got me back on the road in about 30 mins.

We were traveling and very far from home it was Sunday and we could not get any mechanics for 50 miles, called this auto shop explained the situation and even though he was busy he helped us anyway, Trey was the nicest person, he knew what the problem was right away and got us back on the road. I cannot stress enough how much this business helped us out. Good good people!!!!!

Our GPS sent us down a dirt road and we got stuck. I called Dixon and they came out right away and pulled us out. We were from out of town and were not familiar with the roads. The gentlemen who came made sure we got back safely. I would suggest them the anyone. Top notch service.

We were having car trouble and weren’t familiar with the area and we drove to them and called and they let us in immediately. We were there for maybe 30 minutes and the problem was solved and he didn’t charge us anything. Really nice people and care about their customers and them being safe on the road.

A+ Customer service and response time! We had three 3/4 ton trucks stuck while working out in Durant. The woman who answered the phone was so polite and helpful. Crew arrived onsite within 20 minutes and got all three trucks out with zero damage! We hope to not ever have a need for them again in this manner, yet if we do we will definitely be calling Dixons!
