Called to get a quote on pricing for help because my car broke down, guy picked up hung up, called me back no so not a big deal I thought maybe he misclicked it happens and said “yuh you called for mechanic?”, I said yes I need to get a price for an click and was hung up on no call back no text or anything. Mind you I’m on the side of the road in an area I don’t know needing help. To treat a potential client that way is insane, I found help in my next call luckily. Don’t let yourself be abused in a time of need. I wish I could give you negative 10 stars, awful business experience.

Horrible service. Had to reschedule original appointment. When they came out they quoted a $500 service to “flash” the car before even looking at the vehicle. When asked what a flash was they couldn’t really explain in a clear manner. Then when I said I didn’t want to do the service they stopped and the job was “done” in less than 20 min. Now I am out $100 for no reason and the car was never really serviced. Horrible customer service and would not recommend. Will never be using this service again. Hopefully you start taking these horrible reviews as a learning lesson to improve your business model because right now you just seem like a mobile scammer. I thought I was saving money but this guy turned a basic spark plug change into a ruined engine. Had to have repaired somewhere. I drive cross country delivering other people's pets and it is costing me money having my car in the shop. Be warned.

Terrible service!! Dari'us told me that when he tested my battery it was showing "yellow", he translated that by saying you can still drive your car. He then said I needed a valve cover ( which I know now definitely wasn't an immediate need). Later that night my car stalled. I called him back a few times because my car obviously wasn't fixed. After I sent him a video of my car malfunctioning he came back with a friend and told me that my starter was the problem. He kept saying " don't let anyone else touch your car." I wanted to go through my warranty company for the starter and started the claim with him to get it fixed. My car started overheating & I was referred to this business . He was responsive & receptive to the needs that I needed to be taking care of . He was also very punctual , communicative & knowledgeable of what I needed. I got a new thermostat put on in a timely manner @ a fair price . I’m pleased and now back rolling . This business gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Highly recommend this business if you ever need a mobile mechanic
