These guys are the real deal! I saw a Ram truck advertised on Facebook, when I went to Winchester to check it out Matt allowed me to take a thorough test drive with absolutely no pressure. A day or so later we had a deal worked out & he met me at 8 pm on a Friday to wrap up the deal! One of the most impressive business strategies I’ve seen in the car world! The advertised price is the price! All fees included, no surprises. Super friendly group. Would definitely buy here again in the future!

I purchased what I believed to be a quality truck, but unfortunately that was not the case. After the purchase, I discovered a long list of issues—many of which would not have been noticeable during a basic test drive. Before buying the vehicle, there was already a warning light on for a front parking sensor. I specifically asked if this could be checked and repaired prior to purchase. When I picked up the truck, I was told it was just a loose connection. It later turned out the sensor was actually bad. I could understand problems like this if the vehicle were priced accordingly, but this dealership charges premium prices, and at that level, the expectation is a properly inspected and reliable vehicle.
