Had fuel delivery troubles at 2 p.m. on a Saturday..truck was towed within 15 minutes, diagnosed and repaired; ready to pick up before 4:30. Beyond amazing service for an issue with available parts. 10/10 recommend. The service was unrealistic for timing, would've never expect such efficiency, but so appreciative of the fast and reliable help.

Just wow had an alternator blow out on me and I called to D and M Automotive to see if they could get us towed and worked on and they went above and beyond with giving us the service of a lifetime. Great customer service and Great work from these fine gentlemen I would definitely bring my vehicle back to this fine establishment to get work done for my car. 10/10 will be recommending to all my friends and family passing through or that live in Northern wisconsin or North East minnesota.

D & M Auto came through for me in an above and beyond way! I had a flat tire on a Girls' Weekend. After our initial phone call, Dick arrived to help out in about 30 minutes, and put on the spare tire which was fairly flat since it had never been used in 20 years. Then Dick followed me into Washburn where he proceeded to fill up my donut. After he tried to purchase a similar tire to my three fairly "new" tires with no success, he gave me a tire from his shop and delivered it on a Sunday to the B&B where we were staying. He drove from Ashland to Bayfield and made the delivery working around our group schedule, so that I didn't have to miss out on any of our festivities. He also put my donut back under my 2005 van, which was not the most convenient and easiest thing to do. His efficienc

Genuinely and Extremely thankful for these guy's. On the way home the alternator went out on my car. They got us in and out in the matter of 2ish hours. Super wonderful people and a very wonderful shop on the inside as well. 10/10 do very much recommend.

Fantastic friendly, efficient crew! I stopped in Late on a Saturday afternoon I had a tire that had gone flat do to a large nail. WALMART could not get me on until Tuesday. These guys got me an immediately changed my tire all in 20mins. Great efficient, friendly staff! Highly recommend!
