Can’t say enough good things about DM Mobil Truck Repair. I lost 2 belts that disabled my truck. Called Derek and he showed up in 10 minutes. Went straight to work. Got the old belts off, went to the parts store for 4 new belts, put her back together. Boom. Done. Efficiency and experience and reasonably priced. Can’t beat that if you are broken down and in need of a mobile repair. Great job Derek! You saved my arse and my night!

Had appointment at 1130 am. Made the pick up time for 1030am. Called at 1045am because no driver had came. Got an excuse the drive is.10 minutes out. Called back at 1115am got this excuse " My Boss had me doing other things. This is a non caring service company. People with disabilities like myself depend on them This company Does not care. I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT FOR A RIDE ON 05/04/2023 Appointment was 05/09/2023. MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO PLAN OUT YOUR DRIVER TIMES AND PASSENGERS TO PICK UP.

Called the number provided and got a text saying “not working today” this is supposed to be a 24 hr business so I text back he should update his hours. The reply was “it’s my business and my birthday find someone else” very unprofessional and I can only imagine the work would have been equally awful if he did come. Like he said I would recommend you find someone else!

10-27-2020 I called Derrick concerning a hub leak on my Truck, he explained that He would be happy to repair it, but He was 4hours away coming back Home after vacationing. I explained that I could wait, and I'm glad that I did , Derrick fixed my Truck in :15 ,I also discussed another intermittent problem that I am having and He gave me some really good advice. Professional and friendly gentleman. If anyone has a problem and you were like me not knowing who to call ,to help you out in Birmingham, Al. Go to him if you want your truck to break down right after he “fixes” it. Paid him to do diagnostics and then complete the work he said it needed. Broke down a few miles down the road, check engine light came back on with the same code, and then had two other mechanics look at it, and the issue was the same thing that he was supposed to fix! They told me there’s no way he could’ve missed it if he actually did the work he claimed he did. He also claimed he replaced the fuel filter, took it to someone else and they said there’s no way it was replaced because of how filthy it was and the date on the filter. Will be sending everything to court! It’s dishonest people that ruin it for everyone else. It’s no need to get over on people like this.
