Called the day before I went to go see a car they had for sale, and asked if it was still available and if anyone else was interested in buying it, right before they closed, and the lady told me it was still for sale and nobody else had inquired about it. Than the next day I drove two hours early in the morning to get there, since they’re only open 9am-12pm on Saturdays, and when I got there and went in, the lady neglected to inform me that somebody else had test drove it the day before and was in the process of buying it when I walked in that morning. Waste of a day to make someone drive all the way out there, just to arrive and get lied to that nobody else was interested when I called the day before. I purchased a car from D&M about a year and a half ago. I LOVE the car and appreciate the top-notch customer service I've received. The sales process was easy and very informative, they really worked hard to make sure they helped me find exactly what I wanted. A few weeks ago, I noticed a noise and brought the car in - they had my issue diagnosed and corrected in no time at all.
