DMS Corvette Shop

Looked around quite a bit looking for a reputable shop for my older c4 corvette. After looking over the reviews I decided to take it to DMS and David did not disappoint. Hands down the best automotive mechanic I’ve encountered, period. Very honest. Beat his quote and got it done quicker than expected. Will always be choosing DMS. Thank you! Scheduled an appt to drop off my 1980 corvette LS82 with David. David followed up with a honest estimate on repairs and suggested which items were more important in reparing if I didnt want everything fixed at once. I let them repair everything and car drives great. The reviews made me schedule an appt and they didnt disappoint.

As a woman it can be intimidating walking into any mechanic shop let alone a specialty shop! After purchasing my c4 I brought it to the shop to get a thorough inspection to make sure all was well. I expressed interest in learning how to take care of my car/performing general maintenance and clint was incredibly kind and took his time answering all my questions and concerns! This week they also fit me into their schedule and helped me locate a leak I was having trouble with. Super happy I found a shop I can trust and feel comfortable at!

I have a 1966 Corvette Stingray frame on restomod I had built from another local corvette shop. I have the car up for sale and our potential buyer selected DMS Corvette Shop to do the PPI (pre purchase inspection) I take the car to there shop and they do the inspection. The report stated that the car needed $25K worth of work needing done and that specific points of the car "in the report" stated completly rusted, and rusted through. Long story short...This put a bad taste in the buyers mouth and he backed out on the sale. I found out later that DMS is in direct competition with the outfit I had do my car and bashes them often. Last but not least during the inspection while raising or lowering the soft top they dropped it and chipped my paint and did not even tell me.

Great shop! Everyone at the shop is very friendly and do a great job!! Found a new home for my Vette when it’s sick. Thank y’all
