Jeff was great to work with from the moment he asked me if he could help when my car broke down. He was very honest with the pricing & explained all the work in detail with pictures & videos. This was one of the best shop experiences I have ever had with big repairs. I was having my, to be fairly honest, recently bought from a 19 year old kid, abused 335xi worked on there. Like the typical N55, the rod bearings went bad and I needed a new engine within a month of owning the car. I had no luck with local shops in Wisconsin, no one would touch it without heavy prices. Finally, I stumbled upon DMS Repairs advert on Facebook. I talked to the nice guy I’d soon know as Jeff. Which ultimately, got my car in and within two weeks… I had the car back with zero issues and car has been running amazing ever since! I only gave it a four star review due to time, I haven’t had a long term test with the new engine. Although his 60 day warranty, makes me feel a lot safer with driving it everyday

I had DMS Repair put in a new motor in my BMW very fast turnaround very good prices. Most definitely gonna use them in the future and I suggest anybody thinking about it. Good spot. they keep you updated every step of the way pictures and videos really nice.

Jeff is an amazing individual. As a car guy it's hard to trust anyone with your pride and joy when you need repairs beyond what you can tackle in your garage over a weekend. He was extremely professional and polite. He gave me a great quote and had the car ready when he said it would be. Keeping me involved through the whole process via texts and pictures was awesome! I highly recommend anyone who needs service to their BMW to bring it here.
