DNA Motoring

I purchased this from a third party seller on eBay. It is defective insomuch as the baffle assembly is not complete, the tube that connects the two baffle discs is missing from the product when it was delivered. Please see the photos, which have explanations with them. I tried to get support from both the vendor and DNA Motoring, even working to get them speaking to each other, and they simply didn’t care! You would think that DNA Motoring would be interested in resolving this for a customer, but no. Nothing. Crickets! It is a very good product, provided that the baffle assembly is properly installed. Stay far away!!! Never sends parts, never responds to messages. Can't wait to see if my parts ever do show up! From the reviews I'm getting ready for junk and broken pieces. Stay away!!! Purchased from eBay and it has been a nightmare

Do not order anything that comes from this company! I ordered a fog light COVER from them through Walmart for my Subaru and they sent me a whole light assembly for a Buick! They then tried to say that they would only give me half of my money back and said nothing about giving me the correct part! I am in the middle of trying to get them to send me the correct part right now and it is going nowhere. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM DNA MOTORS AS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CAR PARTS!!!!

Do not buy from them, they will not stand behind their product. Owned a set of their headlights for 6 months when they started accumulating water. DNA motoring acknowledged they see the problem however refused to do anything and told me I would need to buy a new set. The vehicle was not involved in any incidents that would cause damage to the light.

I purchased a part from them on their eBay store. It has been over a week and it still hasn’t shipped They have not responded to my messages on eBay.
