I'd like to give 4.5 stars but it won't let me. Bought a Jeep here. Tough but fun negotiations which I'm good with. They did fix an oil leak before I took delivery. I did find on my way home that the rear wiper blade was completely missing which I feel they should have put a cheap one on. Overall, the sale was pretty good. I would advise you to have a mechanic check over a vehicle that you are looking at here. When I took mine in for an inspection after the sale, my dealership said the back brakes were shot, the front cv axle boots are torn, and the rear shocks are leaking. It would have been nice to know this prior to the sale for negotiations. I am not saying they are dishonest. Bought a 2013 Lexus GS350 in excellent condition from DNA motors and am thrilled with the car and the service. The inventory is all very nice and the owner actually knows what he’s talking about and is a pleasure to work with. Other dealers I visited had the typical salesman types with coiffed hair and BS lines, who knew very little about their products but tried to push to make a sale. I didn’t feel at all comfortable working with any of them. DNA, on the other hand, feels authentic and honest. The quality of their inventory was all very high and the prices were fair. If you want someone to try and hawk you overpriced paint protection, go to the other guys. Craig is an nice guy and the Carfax report matches his post. This trucks engine and transmission has some significant performance work done to it. He told me if any thing came up in the first week he would take care of it. On the 3rd day the truck died in traffic twice. When I got it started each upshift made a loud bang. When I took my foot of the gas each downshift made a loud bang. He will respond to this by showing you my signature and all the AS IS verbiage in the contract. All true. However these words to not protect the seller when it comes to fraud. I've hired a lawyer in Madsion to take care of this. He picked the wrong guy to try to screw.

Bought a 2008 jeep, fan relay went out and so it overheated and killed the motor within 2 weeks. Brought it back, got some trade-In and was offered another, more expensive jeep to get instead. Realized every tire was different a week later. "Don't know how that happened" dealership paid for a new set of tires, and that was pretty cool. Come to find out it was previously in an accident- doesn't "seem" to be structural, so that's alright. However, when I pointed out that the majority of clips holding the front shroud and multiple miscellaneous pieces together under the hood are missing, the windshield washer hose is broken, and the windshield coolant reservoir has a big hole in it (on the accident side) I was told they had "Already gone above and beyond." Craig at DNA Motors was fantastic to work with. He went out of his way to arrange a convenient test drive, offered fair and competitive pricing, and the vehicle was in excellent, clean, near-pristine condition. I never felt any pressure throughout the process. Paperwork and completion of purchase was quick and easy, as he was prepared and again, not focused on selling me all the extras! Truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
