My friend and I were stranded with a flat tire on our way to Miami. Albert pulled up and helped us get our tire changed and back on the road in no time. He saved the trip and was super super nice and helpful! 5 stars for this business and customer service!
They literally saved the day when I got a flat tire on my way to see my favorite band in west palm beach! When AAA quoted me a 4 hour wait, it took DNA Tire less than 2 hours total to get me back on the road and I made it time to the show! Incredibly kind, affordable, and efficient service! Would recommend 100/10!
Albert is awesome, what else can I say…Plenty! I needed tires and an oil change, and as I have been burnt in one way or another by ALL of the local tire shops, I decided to shop tires online, and find an installer separately. In my search, I ran into DNA Tire LLC, and saw that they will actually come to you to do all the work, no need to spend all day at the shop! Since I already knew the brand and size tires I wanted, I called DNA. I asked if in addition to installing, did they also sell tires. Albert was very knowledgeable and professional in the questions he asked, and said yes, he did, and for the brand and style of tire I wanted, he would even match the online price! They would also do the oil change, and as my tire sensors were over 10 years old, replace them too. I was given a botto
My son had a blow out on his Dodge Challenger and I called Mr Albert and explained to him what had happened!!! He explained to me that there is nothing to worry about he will handle. Albert wound up putting four new tires on my sons Challenger in the rain so he would make it back home safe!!!! Definitely will be recommending Mr albert with DNA TIRES to everyone I can!!!!
I was on the way to Jensen Beach to visit some a friends and got a flat on I95. DNA tire came out promptly had my unique tire size and changed both back tires and had me back on the road in less than hour after he got there at a great price. I can’t recommend this service enough. Professional and fast service!
