I decided to build a car/race car after looking at some options decided to go with a th400. As it’s a reliable and will hold the hp I need ( just under 1400whp currently). I reached out to DNJ. They got me hooked up with what I needed. $7500 bucks and $2500 for torque converter. From day 1 trans was running hot. Like hotter than normal. After going back and forth and trying different coolers nothing was helping. Temps 240*+ from 20min of driving. Not normal. I bring the car to DNJ after they looked at the trans rear case bushing was broken and needed a new case. And torque converter pilot was not centered on the crank. Ok fine $2k for case and put a different flex plate with spacer Maybe that will fix it. After they told me car was ready. Came to pick it up and take it for a test drive and

Great shop! They built the transmission in my ram 2500, had an issue on it that wasn’t due to transmission failure and they took care of everything for me on their end . Nothing but an awesome experience especially with how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy shop these days.

Not a bad thing to say about these guys, they know their stuff and continued to help me out after the job was complete. They met the deadlines I had and really gave me a sense of trust leaving my pride and joy to them. There’s no limit of miles I’d tow/drive to have them do my work. My 68rfe feels solid now.
