I only gave 1 star because my issue is pending. I have had good and bad experiences with this company. The shipping and part quality are top notch and as advertised. Typically good response time from technical support. The reason I only gave 1 star is because of the defective parts department and their operations for claims and returns. I have had the misfortune of a DNJ part failing (hydraulic charged timing belt tensioner) and the process for repairs had been a nightmare. The warranty disclaimer states nothing about time frame for claim resolution but I had been told by a DNJ employee that there is a 90 day claim processing time. Well, that 90 days has come and gone and now I’m having an issue even getting in contact with the person I started the claim with. With emails that get no

The personel at Miss. and Calif give me great service especially the ladies in Olive Branch!! I don't understand Hialeah Claudia is superb at her job but when she's on vacation nobody speaks English???? So they don't answer phone🙄 I'll use Miss. now!!!! Come on management??
