Matt and Melissa were AMAZING to us! Our car was totaled and we drove a rental from Brewer to check out/test drive a used car for sale. I felt 0 pressure to buy today and they both made the car finance option super easy and within the budget. There is no way this many people have had good experiences with DNK. I have been around for a long time in the area and have always known this place to be a bad investment. I relearned first hand after paying nearly 20 grand for a used POS. They tried selling her a car with all four bad bearings, bad brakes, as well as other issues. I had to make them fix all the problems before i gave them money as they tried to argue about there being nothing wrong with the car. After the mechanic told me personally about the issues i wanted to not spend the money but my GF liked the car so i paid for it. Finding new problems as the days go on. This is a bad place too but a car or truck and they should not be trusted. They will lie to you and mislead you just to make a sale.

This morning, Cameron from DNK just happened to be walking to Irving early this morning while I was trying to put air in my tires. I was frustrated because it wasn’t working and I asked him if he might have a minute to help me. He ended up just having me pull into their shop and use the air compressor. I am so grateful to him. He was so kind for helping me out. It has been a minute since I have seen that kind of friendliness. It won’t be forgotten.

Bout a new van and the catalytic converter was bad. They said it was an o2 sensor but I had a second opinion done and tests came back that we needed new muffler and catalytic converter. Also, entirely exhaust pipe was rotted and feel off less than 1 week after purchasing. The a/c compressor failed less than 3 months later. Unfortunately, I purchased the van in full and they wanted to charge me to fix it every time I brought it in. If you want to give it a shot with dnk go right ahead but i will never spend my hard earned money there again.

We love our new truck! Matt and Charlie made us feel right at home and made everything easy from start to finish!
