ZERO STARS!! THIS PLACE IS CROOKED!!! TOWED MY CAR 3 MILES FOR $300. I told them WHAT?! You guys charge $100 per mile?! I was in an auto wreck and Suffield PD used these guys to tow my car even though I had AAA. Well sucks for me because the accident happened on a Friday and they charged me a ridiculous garage/storage fee until Monday. Car was totaled and they tried to extort me for more and more money. Years later I'm finding out Doane's never communicated properly or even returned my plates! I had contemplated AAA towing the wrecked car (body damage total) back to my house from Doane's keep it as a parts car to help my sister who had the same car as me; but the bill they handed me was over $600 worth of storage and towing fees. While on vacation, our brakes started grinding. I called them, they said it would be a week. I explained my situation, they said bring it in and they would get it in asap. All 4 brakes replaced same day!! Amazing customer service and quality job completed. Thank you Doane’s. It is a pleasure doing business with a family business that made a Kentucky boy feel like there are caring people still exist.

They are now considered my go-to mechanics. Always honest, and if they can't do it, they'll point me to the right place. Honesty is huge when it comes to vehicle maintenance. They could of taken my money and wasted my time on numerous occasions. Honesty goes a long way.
