Dobbs Peterbilt - Marysville

I'm so impressed with this dealership location! Rob, Chris, Katie & Jason are who I dealt with.. ALL of them were friendly, helpful, professional, & compassionate about my situation. They are a smaller Peterbilt shop without weekend hours, so that made repairs take longer than I'd have liked, but that is my only complaint. When working on the truck, the mechanics took care to be respectful of the interior. Also, these guys make a video of them informing you of what they did, show you the repair & explain it! Freakin' Cool! I wish more dealerships did this for their customers! These folks are TOP NOTCH!!

Excellent service. I got there on a Thursday around noon with emissions issues. They got me in Friday morning and was done by 15:30 Friday afternoon. Very friendly and informative. They kept me well posted as to what was going on with my truck. Highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely go back if I have any issues in this area again.

I want to say BIG Thank You to Jason from service department, today I did experience a problem with the starter on my Peterbilt in Kent area, called a couple of different dealers in Seattle area with no luck of receiving any advice of what I need to do in order to fix a problem with my starter and finally when I did reach Mr. Jason / service department from Dobbs Peterbilt over the phone, he did provide me with tips of what I need to do in order to fix my starter, he stayed with me on the phone for many minutes, called me back to check what`s happening and how I`m doing. Finally I did find and fix a problem based on the tips received from Jason, I think knowledgeable people like Jason is what make a Peterbilt a strong brand in trucking industry. Thank You Jason one more time.

When I walked into this establishment, immediately I was greeted by friendly and very professional staff, and my part was ordered and installed the very next day which is unheard of in my industry, I highly recommend this place to anyone going through it as I was.
