Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers

This was my first time going to Dobbs for tire replacement. I had always gone to another shop here in town. Dobbs had the best quote for a full set of tires, so I decided to go with them this time. That was definitely the best choice! From the moment I spoke with Tyler on the phone and received a quote to when I drove the car off the lot, I was treated with so much respect. Every single person that I interacted with had a smile and was so pleasant! The previous shop that had worked on the tires had locked down a lug nut so tight that the techs were having a very difficult time removing it. This went on for hours. The entire time I was waiting, Ben, the store manager, came to me and explained what was going on and what they were going to do about it. He didn't just say "Sorry, we can't fix

Was out of town when I got a flat tire, Dobbs was the closet tire shop. Thankful for that because they got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Customer service was awesome, no surprise they have 2025 award for it. 10/10 experience in a not great situation

I have had great experiences having my car serviced here! I thought my brake line was leaking & Tyler squeezed me in to check & make sure I was safe to drive home. I've been very pleased with Dobb's!

I used Dobbs a few times years ago when they first came to town. I was calling around a few days ago getting prices for a full set. I have a little car but needed new tires. Dobbs was $100.00 cheaper than the closest competitor. I was blown away. I was also super happy that I save $189.00 over another garage in Cape. Keep up the good work guys!

I called Dobbs referencing a flat tire on my vehicle. My first time dealing with this business. I gave them the tire numbers and they had it in stock. A gentleman came to my home, changed the tire and gave me a receipt. (I had paid over the phone) This all took place within a couple of hours. Dobbs is my new "go to" place for my vehicle needs. I'd like to mention that they were cheaper than my normal place of business. And, a big thank you to Evan for taking my call and being so patient and kind.
