Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers

This is by far the best car shop I have ever serviced my car in. I went in due to a flat tire. They checked it and replaced it fast. I had just changed my front tires in Walmart and requested the same one, which they didn't have. They offered a similar one that was slightly pricier than the one from Walmart and upon learning what I paid, they gave me a discount that allowed me to save. Finally, I requested both my back tires to be replaced and they didnt allow me to. He said, and I quote, "I'm not going to let you spend money you dont need to spend when I know your other tire is in great condition". Who does that nowadays? 1000% recommend!

Darryl did an amazing job. Even while managing the front desk alone, with phones ringing constantly and a busy line, he stayed calm, focused, and attentive. He made sure everyone was serviced and was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. His customer service and excellence truly stood out.

I had a wonderful experience at Dobbs. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure my car was taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a place that values good customer service and honesty. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Dobbs to friends and family.

They were lower priced than the dealer and were able to get me in the same day I called, Monday. The dealer had me down for Friday which was unacceptable when my car is down now. Provided me with a courtesy ride back home after dropping off my vehicle for service and on top of that provided a discount upon requesting it. On top of that they had great customer service. I really didn’t expect to encounter such good service after reviewing their ratings. Thank you all.

Always a very pleasant experience at this location. The Manager has been right up front each time and is super nice and helpful. I never feel like they are upselling me which is appreciated. They get me in when they say they are going to and are always done within the window of time they estimated. In an area where we don’t get good customer service often, I am thrilled to have found this Dobbs to take care of our cars. Thanks to Bobby and Ian for providing outstanding customer service!
