Don’t trust the out the door price! Was told one number, but ironically when I showed up, they had to do an alignment. I don’t mind getting an alignment, but that’s not the out the door price. Possibly mention that you might need an alignment and if so, it will be this much. I left my vehicle overnight to be picked up in the morning and at 8 o’clock but It was just being put on the rack. I needed the truck before noon and it was 1220 before they released it. Some of the staff there wouldn’t answer questions (aka Rick). When I got back in my vehicle, there were all sorts of yellow lights on the dash that they had disengaged and don’t understand why they did it and didn’t return it back the way it was supposed to be. Left the next day from Michigan and my TMPS Sensor is now popping on as a f

I purchased tires back in May of 2025. One of those tires was dated 2004. I noticed over the last week some shaking in the front. My plate renewal is coming up. I took it to the mechanic to have things looked at to make sure everything was ok and see what the shaking was. The tire dated 2004 was ready to blow. I went back to Dobbs in Highridge because both front tires would not pass inspection. My mechanic also said, my tire rod ends would need changing. They would pass inspection. Dobbs made me pay Full price for a 20 year old tire their mechanic put on my vehicle. If my tire rod ends were bad when I had put them put the new tires on ,they should of said something. They didn't. I shouldn't of had to pay over $200.00 today for 2 tires to be replaced when the one tire was 20 years old th

I should have known this was not going to go well when I called and scheduled the appointment. The guy was very distracted and short. We arrived to drop our vehicle off and they didn’t have the appt correct. I then received a call the next day that the vehicle didn’t pass emissions and they don’t know why and it’ll cost $189.99 for diagnostic. We picked up the vehicle and they gave me a completely different reason the car didn’t pass emissions. After examining the paperwork it had a completely different vehicle on it (not my vehicle). We then took it to a shop we usually use and they ran emissions and surprise it passed! They have no idea why they didn’t pass it. I learned my lesson and will not be using Dobbs. What a waste of my time and money!!!

*UPDATE REVIEW* Not even two months later one of the tires went flat! Employee told me it’s covered and of course 6 hours later after I dropped off the car they told me it’s not covered. So, now I have to pay another $120 and waited an entire day to get these awesome news! (Original review) Condescending, rude and aggressive sales vultures that will try to take every penny from you. Never going to a Dobbs ever again.

Took my car in for safety and emissions. They failed my car on the safety portion for a CHIP in my windshield. Not a crack and not in my line of sight. When I questioned him about it he told me it was sharp and I could cut myself. I don't know why I'd be running my hands over my windshield. He then says, well it could mess up your wipers. Ok and are you buying replacements? He then tells me my tires barely passed. So I'm guessing the scheme is that by the time I repair the windshield and come back, they'll fail it for the tires. Then pressure me to buy tires from them. We only used them for inspections, but we'll never be back. I have 4 kids with spouses, so that's 10 customers lost.
