We brought my vehicle to David close to 3 weeks ago & he has said multiple times that he would call us back and never did. Every call we gave him he never answered & he didn’t answer my texts messages regarding my vehicle either. Only when I had requested to get my vehicle off the property to take to another shop did he contact me back. It was a very unprofessional establishment with no communication. I had drove by to check my vehicle out as did my dad on a separate occasion and my keys were in the door on the outside of my vehicle out in the open, the spare was in the ignition, the hood remained popped, and my passenger door wasn’t shut all the way. There is only one guy running the shop so I understand that things will take some time but to not communicate with your customer who doesn’t

Called David to check an engine problem, he checked out few places that may have problem, explained the details about what caused them, and also provided solution how to fix them. he is a wonderful mechanic and very patient about teaching you how to fix the vehicle. I saw a post with a one star on their review and think very differently from my experiences. I would recommended to give David a call if you having car trouble in the area.

I recently experienced an unfortunate situation when my car broke down in the middle of Utah. Thankfully, I was towed this part of town where this auto shop is located, where I had the pleasure of working with Joseph. I was genuinely impressed with the hospitality and dedication he demonstrated throughout the process. He not only repaired my vehicle on the same day but also ensured that I was not overcharged, taking the time to explain his work. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided. I highly recommend this shop and give it a perfect 10/10!

On a road trip between rifle and palisade and my skid plate was dragging on the interstate… I looked up the closest mechanic and came across docs. An easy fix for them I’m sure but a huge lifesaver for me. David was incredibly kind and did a great job! Thanks for saving my roadtrip :)
