Dodge Ram Avondale Service Department

I’ve been a long time customer and have never been this disappointed in the service department. I have an oil and tire rotation package and per the package, they are to complete the oil change, fill the fluids and rotate the tires. They had my truck for two hours and didn’t fill the fluids and lied about doing the tire rotation. When I got my truck back, I opened my hood and saw that they didn’t fill any fluids as stated on the invoice, nor did they rotate my tires. I went back to the service advisor who apologized and said he’d get it corrected immediately. Well, this dealership than filled up the fluids and again, did not complete the tire rotation. Ive been to this server center 3 times in the pass 2-3 months. The 1st time my RAM 1500 shifter knob stopped working so I had it towed to this location because it was the nearest one. The service rep told me I didnt have warranty anymore but would call me when they figure out what's wrong with it. About a week passes and I dont hear anything so I call in. The rep that helped originally tells me its currently being looked at and would call me back in a hour or 2 to let me know what's wrong with it and will give me a price. I never get a call back. I have to call back the next day to see what's going on and again he tells me he will call me back in 30 min. Never does, I end up getting a text or email (I dont remember) with what all needs to be done. I only select the issue with the shi

Unfortunately it seems like Avondale Dodge takes in too many customers to handle them appropriately. This was my 4th visit and I have spent over $15,000 on my repairs and that’s not the complaint, but the lack of communication is. When you bring your vehicle in they get it inspected close to the day they advise, but then once you approve the repairs you’re forgotten about for however long it takes you to inquire about your vehicle “2 weeks plus”. Then 2 times when I’ve had the transmission worked on, they never drove it after the repairs to make sure it was completed correctly so then I had to drop it off for another week. I use to write service for a good 10 years of my life and if I had ever treated my customers the way I have been treated, I would have lost a ton of money or been fired.

Brought my 21 ram 2500 there for an oil change and had a few small issues afterwards, had to bring it in a few times to try to troubleshoot it, and believe we got it all figured out. The service the service team provided was absolutely amazing, they listened to my issues and concerns and took them to heart. They promptly got my truck in and checked it out and I was on the road in no time!! They were all so friendly and really went above and beyond!! To Mark, Gary and everyone else that helped me with my truck I really appreciate you and all your hard work. Thank you guys so much!!

I’ve been a customer at this location for about 4 years. I’ve always had the luck to have Jr as my service advisor. He’s definitely one to help out & communicate thoroughly. Thanks for all you do Jr.
