Doggett Freightliner

They need to update their technicians. They don’t know nothing about the trucks. They had me to wait and then they come to me said they won’t be able to fix it.

Always great service at the parts desk, but seem to have a little trouble when you have to go around the building to pick up the parts. Been there 4 times now and 3 out of the 4 times the parts where not right and I had to tell them to look at that paper work again

Would not recommend Doggett Freightliner for RV repairs. But I do have a silver lining to the review. I took my coach to Doggett for PM, had them check my breaks and airbags. They replaced the front brakes, found a leaky power steering pump, and replaced my motor AC. They had to unit for 7 days, when to pick it up and they ran the batteries down, required a jump just to leave. I brought the coach home on a Friday hooked it up to my 50 AMP. On Tuesday during a preflight I found one of my slides would not work. I knew they replaced the AC without going through the bathroom sink in the rear, so I assumed they broke wires or disconnect something while replacing the AC. I called my service writer and explained my problem with the slide. She tried to state they didn't do anything to the slide,

If it’s not the worst freightliner dealer out here, it’s for sure competing. No Customer Service and the service department absolutely questionable. I’ll never go back to them again.

Always have a good experience with getting my parts in a timely manner and good communication! Cody is always communicative and responsive! Excellent customer service every time!
