Doggett Honda of Beaumont

My intention is not to complain or create conflict, but to help improve the service experience. After spending nearly $400, in a 35k miles service. I expected a higher level of attention and overall service. My car is currently showing that the tires need air, and all four tires were under the proper pressure when I left. Additionally, I’m not confident that the alignment was properly completed, as the vehicle does not feel any different. I also noticed grease left on the center console inside the car. I understand that mistakes can happen, and perhaps my expectations are high, but I left feeling disappointed with the overall experience.

Highly recommend Steve Laidacker! I’ve bought three cars from Steve over the last 11 years, and every experience has been excellent. He’s friendly, professional, and never makes you feel pressured. He truly takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your purchase. If you’re looking for a Honda, Steve is absolutely the person to talk to. My third time buying from Doggett Honda! Came in the day after Christmas of course it’s crazy busy however was sat with my salesman, Jordan almost right away! He took great care of my husband and I. Jordan brought the car of topic around, he showed us how to do remote start (he’s the best!) then explained all the amenities to my husband while we took a joy ride. And of course Danny, who always helps at the end is a delight and makes the deal happen, is great. Ask for Jordan on your visit to Doggett Honda!

It was the end of the work day and amd my car would not start... said brake issues..called Doggett and April answered and said it sounds like my battery. I have had my car for 6 years and never until yesterday had to get a new battery. It was late, I live 36 miles away. I had to wait as others were ahead but I got a new battery and went on my way! April took great care amd I appreciate it.
