Do NOT purchase the fuel option. It is not refundable! And they do not fully explain it. It is not the cheapest fuel in town and you’ll quickly learn that once you get 1.5 mile down the road. If you do purchase this option, be sure to return the car with no fuel as you’ll be charged the full tank regardless. The customer service phone line was useless and she didn’t seem to listen to anything I was saying. After repeating myself over and over and told I’d have to handle it at the counter upon returning the vehicle, I just hung up. The three staff members working when I returned the vehicle were understanding and helpful in getting the charge removed even though they apparently weren’t supposed to. My work was not going to cover the cost so I was extremely thankful.

I arrived late because bad weather forced me to miss my flight. I called the customer service number to tell them so and I was told that I would be fine as long as I got to the rental desk before they closed. When I got there, the guy said they had no cars and that I had done 3 things wrong! I was late, I should have told the operator on the phone to contact the local office, and that I had "reserved a rate, not a car". A rate doesn't get me where I want to go. I reserved a car and they didn't honor the reservation. Worse yet, the guy couldn't care less and blamed me!

I would give zero stars if I could. I rented a car for a trip we were taking, our pick up location was biloxi/gulfport, Ms.When we arrived to pick the car up no one was at the desk. I called the company and was told they were on lunch and to give them 5 minutes. I was also told i could go to the hertz counter for assistance. No one ever showed up at the counter so I went to the hertz counter at the airport. I waited in line for almost 2 hours. I also ended up paying another $150 additional to what I already pre-paid. Also when I got into the vehicle it smelled awful. I have rented many cars from several different companies but I will never rent from this company again. Horrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worse rental experience I've ever had. First off I was charged twice with hidden fees. One had to do with them changing my entire rental fee that was $100.00 more than what was on my rental agreement, instead of them attempting to fix it I had to call the corporate office and still did not get much help or apology. Second I was told that I had the toll package that I specifically asked for because I was traveling into south Florida which I know has tolls just to find out two weeks later I received three bills in the mail with unpaid toll fines. The toll fines came up to $9.00 but they charged me $15 administration fee per toll which came out to $136.00 total. Where do I start? First, this company would get a 0 star rating if I could. Called their customer service line because my flight was delays almost 5 hours, got there and they didn’t have have anything saying that I called. They only stayed because someone else from the flight called. The individual who was there did not even ask me to verify the the charge she was about to charge my account until after it had been charged. She then handed me a receipt saying they put a hold on almost $800... which I was only budgeting for what the quote was. I looked at the receipt and she asked if there was an issue, I stated yes, looked at my bank account and the money was already gone. Instead of her trying to fix it, she fought with me stating it wasn’t charged when I proceeded to say yes it was. Anywa
