Dollar Car Rental - Tijuana Ap Cbx Terminal

Dollar, Thrifty, and Hertz car rentals are running a scam at the Cross Border Bridge (CBX) location. I made a reservation on Priceline for a Thrifty car rental and my total reservation amount was $226.62 for a 9 day rental. I called Thrifty customer service prior to my arrival to ask if there would be any additional fees and they said no. When I got to the location to pick up the car they told me there was an additional $22 per day facility fee which added $200 to my rental cost. I called Thrifty customer service again, and this time they said they can’t control the additional fees at CBX. This was very frustrating. I walked over to the Avis/Budget counter that was adjacent and I was able to reserve a car with no additional facility fee. Priceline needs to take CBX out of there search eng

Worst experience ever. I went online to reserve a vehicle for a month. Only to go pick it up the next day. I get there and the agent said that the system doesn’t recognize it. And that I have to give them 3 days notice. I’m like then why system promise me something and I get here I get nothing. She says that everything is done online and no one can help you. So sad how customer service is.

Horrible customer service! The receptionist are extremely rude. I booked my reservation on Priceline and it the total for the week was $204. The receptionist stated they don’t use a third party reservation and told me that I owed $700. All three receptionist were not willing to work with me and rolled their eyes when I asked for help and to honor the Priceline deal. Never will I get a rental car from this place again! Save your money and go else where.

Ladronesssss!!! Rente mi carro por la página y se supone que lo que uno renta es lo que está disponible y cuando llegué disque no tenían ese carro y solo tenían uno 3 mil pesos más caro y no te devuelven el dinero si no quieres!!! En serio que mala atención

Unos verdaderos rateros, tenia una reserva y al llegar se fue al triple por un supuesto cargo de $22 dolares diarios "dizque" por uso del aeropuerto, le dije a la señorita que solo iba a usar el aeropuerto a la llegada y salida, porque tendría que pagar 22 dolares de los días que "no usaba" el aeropuerto, le mostré mi reserva y que le mostrara el correo, le mostré que ya tenia cargado el fee de aeropuerto en la reserva y pues que no. Unos estafadores, definitivamente no rente aquí. Lástima que no se puede poner 0 estrellas
