DO NOT TRUST DOLLYS OFFICE. They cheated me out of a policy and money, because they have incompetent workers who lie to cover their own skins. They do nothing to make it right or feel apologetic. Agent Jillian agreed to one thing and when she realized she wasn’t allowed to do it she dropped my policy without me being contacted or alerted for 4 months until my mortgage company sent me a heads up. She realized she made a huge mistake 4 months later then I was dropped and ghosted again because of her not telling me what I needed to know. Then they took back their policy from the previous month? So I was not covered with NOTHING to do about it again. They will not take accountability nor fix their mistakes.

I received a solicitation in the mail for homeowner’s insurance noting an estimated annual premium. The solicitation included my address as well as a picture of my home, and included the primary coverages such as Dwelling, Separate Structures, Personal Property and others, with coverage amounts. The Estimated Annual Premium was significantly lower than my current premium with a different insurer, so I contacted the agency and requested a formal quote. An agent contacted me and went through some specific questions, then provided me with a quote that was almost $3,000 higher than the Estimated Annual Premium, despite the fact that the coverage amounts in the quote were only nominally different than the figures in the solicitation. Do not solicit people with photos of their home and vehicles. Quickest way to never get someone’s business. If your insurance agent is willing to buy data from someone who does this, what else are they willing to do?
