Great work on my bumper reattchment, I didnt do insurance claim and they really worked with me. Done same day. Only one complaint, when done they park the cars in the grass and my tire got a nail in it.

This place was truly a blessing. I broke my hood cable and latch on my car meaning I couldn't get my hood open. I went to my dealership who wanted to charge me an obscene amount of money just to get the hood open and the cable and the latch fixed. This place was my last hope so I gave it a shot. Mr. Darren came out to ask me what the problem was with my car and I just literally almost broke down and just told him I really just need to get my hood open to change my battery I will worry about getting the cable fixed and the latch fix later I just needed to change my battery. Denise is awesome, she worked with my insurance company to get my car repaired quickly since I didn’t have rental coverage. She had all the parts ordered and delivered by the time I dropped off the car. She was also able to get the insurance company to pay for new parts since my car is a 2023 Lexus IS250. One adjuster tried to put used LKQ parts on it but Denise was able to get them to pay for new oem parts.

My vehicle looks better than it did before, and they did it in a timely manner!
