I used this business after waiting for another BMW repair place to open on a holiday weekend. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable, a BMW expert and affordable. He asked me to purchase the parts in advance for my oil change. He gave a detailed explanation of what else needed to be done now and in the future. He showed me my worn parts needing repair. This might be a great repair business but did not treat me professionally. I called to let them know they may have been scammed (someone used my number to pay a bill on Square). Just trying to help a small local business. Guy hung up on me.

I take my car to him because he is efficient and does good work. He doesn't try to overcharge me. I also like the fact that he lets me bring my own parts. He even tells me where I can get them cheaper.
