My first visit was this week. Simply - outstanding service. Expertly diagnosed my vehicle and repaired within a day. No trial and error! Nothing but precision! Hands down the best auto service in Alexandria! If you own a Mercedes or BMW, take it here before the dealership. I've done business with them for years and have never once been disappointed. They specialize in Mercedes, but they've done great work on my old E36 M3. Just wanted to add, that I picked up a used AMG C63. It had a very hard to diagnose electrical problem that no one could figure out apparently! I took it to Don Allen SC and they narrowed it down to a bad computer/ECM. They fixed it perfectly and for a reasonable cost! They have the specialized equipment needed to program ECM's for Mercedes and the skill to troubleshoot obscure problems. To top it off, they are just nice people to deal with. Being able to have my car serviced here is one of the reasons I bought a Merc
