Don Cortez Tire Service #2

I came in to get a simple flat tire fixed, quick in-and-out, or so I thought. They did fix the flat, but when I got home I noticed my rim was completely chewed up. It’s scratched, chipped, and looks terrible. I don’t even understand how that happens when you’re supposed to be a tire shop that handles wheels every day. The worst part? No one said a word. Not even a heads-up that there was damage or an apology. I was in a hurry and didn’t notice until after I left, but seeing it later made me so upset. This is just ridiculous and unprofessional. I expected way more care and honesty. I’ll definitely be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

Reasonable price, great customer service! Good to know they do alignment, oil change, brakes, shocks and suspension too! Came in 4:10 pm and still got accommodated knowing It will extend past closing time. Thank you and more success to your business!

Really fast service and reasonable prices! We arrived and left with a tire repair and new tire in less than 30 min!

These guys patched my tire with care & it was well worth the $21 spent! I'm still on that tire 6 months later! I will say, it wasn't super fast or even a friendly encounter.. but it wasn't bad by any means! Plus, I saw them taking time to do everything right, they even filled all my tires a little before I left and I didn't have to ask them or anything.. so that was appreciated! Thanks!
