I brought my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and customer service was friendly and it didnt take them but 20 mins to change my oil also rhey made sure we were comfortable while we waited they had tv with several apps to keep us entertained and very comfortable seating also they had fresh coffee ready which os always a plus i also purchased my Rouge from Don franklin and out of all the dealers i went to none of them could give me everything that i wanted such as affordable payment agreement i wanted a certain intrest rate that i wanted to hit and no one could give me what i wanted except Don Franklin they didn't argue with me they just made it happen. I will be buying from them from now on

I use Don Franklin GM in Campbellsville for service work on my truck. I recently purchased another GM product and when the time comes for service work I plan on using them again with my second vehicle. Tim in the service department is always prompt and does things in a courtesy manner. Hence what makes me a repeat customer.

I used to get amazing service here when I bought my first car here. I bought my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer RS a year ago. I got into my car last week and my back up camera wasn't working. I drove here to try getting it handled. It was not only an uncaring feeling, experience, but attitude thrown and told it'd be weeks before they'd even look at it. Got my 75,000 mile service and oil change done. From the time I walked in, to the time I left the staff was friendly and courteous. The wait time was less than 1.5 hours, which put me back on the road in no time.

Well the product is a corvette, so what else needs to be said?? lol The service is excellent, everyone was there to help not just to make money they really truly wanted to meet my needs and make some money doing that, is was not all about a dollar at this dealership. I did not have the same experience with Bachman Chevrolet in Louisville, they wanted to flex and tell me how many years of experience they had and wanted to find every reason in the world to low ball my trade. I was in and out of Don Franklin Chevrolet driving my new car in about an hour!!!!
