This was my very first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chad was absolutely awesome – he was knowledgeable, friendly, and zero pressure the entire time. He gave me plenty of space to think things over without hovering, which made all the difference. When I told him what I was looking for, he didn't try to steer me toward anything; instead, he grabbed keys for 5 different cars that matched my criteria and simply said, "Have at it!" I got to test drive and explore on my own terms. I walked in around noon, and by 3 PM I was driving home in my brand-new car. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Collin O’Connell was my car guy today and made it such a breeze !! This was my first time purchasing a car and he worked with me in every way he could and made me feel so comfortable and not silly or stupid when i didn’t understand certain things. He spoke to me like an equal which isn’t always the case for a young woman at a car dealership ! Eric Smith was my finance guy and he put me at much ease with his witty personality. I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and aside from the first sales agent (that situation was resolved well on the part of the dealership) have had great experiences. About 6 weeks ago I purchased a brand new Hyundai sonata. It had less than 100 miles on it at purchase. I test drove it but never on the highway. The same day I bought the car, on my drive home, I noticed vibrations in the steering wheel and coming through the seat and pedals when going 65-75 mph. The next day my tire pressure notification came on, every tire was at 28 or lower, which personally I think that should have been checked before I brought it home but I digress. The worst dealership I've ever had the misfortune of going to. Sales staff is pushy. Service advisors know absolutely nothing about cars and have no problem lying straight to your face. Everything about this business is dishonest and will never see a penny of my money again.

As a 15-year auto industry veteran, this is the most disorganized and frustrating service experience I've ever had. After purchasing a car and extended warranty here, getting repair updates was impossible. Multiple calls to the advisor and manager yielded zero reliable status on parts, repairs, or estimates. I had to call the parts department myself to get an update on my vehicle. Their complete disregard for basic customer service is unacceptable. Go somewhere that knows how to treat their customers. I will never return for sales or service.
