I had an appointment scheduled with you all on November 21, 2025 at the Somerset Hyundai location scheduled for 3pm that day, for an oil change on my 2021 Hyundai Tucson that had around 50,000 miles on it give or take. I had called on November 20, 2025 to get an estimated quote as to what my total would be as I was having my mother take it in for me as I had to work. I was asked my make, model, and milage of my car and then I was told it would be around $80-$90 just depending on a few different factors. So I sent my mother with a blank check expecting it to be around $100 max. When she returns with my vehicle and lets me know that she was charged $372 for the service I was blown away. She stated that the guy in the service department told her that it was to keep the powertrain warranty. I

I went to get my 2019 Hyundai elantras headlights died since they went out. I had someone messaging me wanting to appraise my car for a trade also. Took the car in and immediately was told to go to sales. They asked what payment I could do and the salesman brought me a suv without even asking what I was interested in. I test drove the car and there was garbage and food all in the car, hadn’t even been cleaned yet. Came back and he came back with a payment over $120 more than what I said I could do. Went to the service department to check on my car and they said they were told by sales that I was for sure trading and not to start working on it yet. I informed them I did want them to look at it and that’s what I was there for. They couldn’t get my payment down to what I needed after spending

I had a 2019 Tuscan,and I took it in for a redall,and they found a leak in a colling line on the back of the moter.. They had to order the part,and I had to pay for it first 350. $ I paid in cash.. Before I had it put on I was hit it my car,and it was totaled... Long story short they changed me a restock fee for a factory part at a dealer.. What service or what a kick in the gut you loose your car,and then over a hundred dollars in restock fees.. I won't buy a Hyundai again... PS can you say profit off of someone's misfortune... Don't go there they're the SWAMP..
