Great service and in a timely manner. The phone service is bad. The phone service has bad reception and it's hard to hear the operator. The two times I have called the phone sound horrible but other than that this place is awesome.

I went to the location, made an appointment that was three weeks later, I waited for the Monday of the appointment and they never arrived, I called and the secretary excused herself and said she would call to let me know when they could come and do the estimate and it's been 9 weeks and she hasn't called, obviously I already called another, more serious company, I do not recommend this company!

Walked in, asked them if they still replaced glass in storm and casement windows, they determined the size gave me a price and was out the door in 10 mins. They will call in a couple days because they had to order the glass, it's was extra thick. Way friendlier the Robinson glass and probably way cheaper. I recommend Tracy Glass for all your glass needs.

Paid $475 for a piece of glass for my wood burning stove door lasted 2 1/2 months and it cracked and they said well you got it too hot ,using Chinese made glass dont recommend .them next time I just order some off of Amazon it's cheaper anyway .the service was fine an fast ,just wont last my original glass door lasted 24 years a bubble come up in the middle of the glass and it's cracking from the center out
