I was shocked at how fast they got the job done. Even more shocked that they listened to my concerns and instructions. Not only were they fast and professional, they were actually accommodating. They offered to follow me as to give me a ride back to my personal vehicle after picking up and parking my commercial vehicle on the other side of town. Most mechanics on the same task took a week to a week and a half to finish. At Donahue in Santa Maria, they did it in a single morning. In fact, they were so fast that I had to have them hold the truck for a few days because I was expecting a week or more based on other mechanics I had used. They were highly professional, polite, an helpful. I couldn't ask for better service from a shop. I wish every Truck shop was like this one, but unfortunately

The team at Donahue have done an extremely well job at managing and servicing our leased fleet for our company. Vivian in the service department is a pleasure to work with and always gets us taken care of in a timely manner while not compromising on repairs. They do things right at SM Donahue/ Idealease.

Great place and even Better people. I blew an Air line on my unit. They got me in and went straight to work on my truck with no wait! I was able to get back on road in no time at all and the price didn't break the bank! Thanks Edgar and Vivian and the whole team!

The team here in Santa Maria is like family to me. They call me by name when I come in heck they even offered me some pizza they had bought for the Donahue team. We have a big truck project happening right now and my wife is in there several times per week for parts. Doc is the absolute best. Everyone that has helped her has been wonderful. They are patient, and always willing to help. They always have what we need or they can get it by the next day. I would recommend them to everyone that needs truck parts or service.
