Honest crew at Donahue! Called to see if I could get a routine maintenance/service done on my 2001 Dodge Ram and they recommended against the band adjustment due to the age of the transmission - especially if it's working acceptably. These guys coulda brought the rig in and charged me and done nothing, but instead they gave me honest advice - when and if I do need transmission service, I will definitely come back to Donahue!

Nice family owned business extremely helpful respectful trustworthy and honest folks . Will do any and everything to help you and find a solution even if it’s directing you other business so you can solve it , not trying to rip anyone off or just make you spend money with them . Not sure who actually owns it but from the woman answering the calls to the man at the desk when you walk in couldn’t ask for better customer service will be the first name come out my mouth for recommendation .

Pleasing polite group of gentlemen who fixed my car. After a devastating breakdown I came back after a couple weeks to pick it up and had a pleasant conversation. Honest and trustworthy. Twice now they've turned away an easy payday from me, and instead recommended me to a better choice for my particular issues. If I ever actually have a transmission issue, I'll come here Update: still honest. This time I actually did need a transmission and I knew it, and they quoted a fair price with good advice.

Called for a next day appointment to change the transmission fluid on my CVT and Michael Donahue told me if I drop it off first thing in the morning (7:30am), they could have it done by closing (4pm). When I dropped it off, he said it'd be done by noon. Sure enough, he called me at 11:25am to let me know I could come get it. Very professional and courteous, and charged the bottom end of the range he quoted me (which he said was based on how much transmission fluid they needed to use). Will definitely be back here for anything transmission related!
