UPDATE: Still a 5 star experience. I just wanted to add integrity to the list. Unfortunately the MINI that I purchased failed inspection when I ran it through my shop, simple problem that was easy to miss but is too expensive of a fix to actually make doing the work worth it. Done Deal Motors immediately handled the situation and is issuing a full refund to me, no hassle, no shady business, just honesty and immediate action. They are also taking care of getting the car back from me so that I dont have to make the 6 hour round trip and figure out transportation again. Very satisfied with every part of my experience here, it is definitely a huge bummer about the car but at least they have made everything right.
