Done Right Diesel

Disappointed. I scheduled a service a week in advance due to their policy for trucks service a day. I dropped my truck off before 9:00 and over thoroughly everything on the truck wanted a full inspection and the only service needed was a fuel filter replacement. To my disappointment by 2:00 in the afternoon I have not heard anything from them so I called. They told me they haven't looked at my truck yet and they will be getting on it after lunch. I do not understand why I scheduled the appointment when I dropped it off at 9:00 if they were not going to be able to look at it till after 2:00 pm. Needless to say I was not happy. Awesome Diesel mechanic business! Me being mechanically inclined and always work on my own vehicles I could not figure out my issue. After taking to Ford dealership and then E&F in Pompano, they referred me to DONE RIGHT DIESEL these crew had my truck figured out in a few days. Two other shops tried and couldn’t figure out why my truck was jerky and cutting off when I stopped, a tricky problem they’d never seen. Done Right Diesel took a week to diagnose, fixed it fast, worked extra hours without charging me more, and were super helpful. They even wrote a detailed report for my local mechanics in Alabama to reference if they see this issue. The drive home was smooth with no problems.
