Done Right Towing

This was the company assigned by my insurance to tow my car today, after 90 minutes they had not arrived so I called them and they said the insurance company cancelled them. I called the insurance company back and they said it was not cancelled so they called him while I was on the phone and the guy said 'oh we just cant do it'. terrible business service to make someone wait that long. DO NOT USE if you DO NOT have to. horrible service and they were rude to me when I called

I really can’t say enough good things about this company and, in particular, Matt F. Matt has towed both a 32ft camper trailer and a midsized school bus for me and both times he’s been nothing if not helpful and patient. He has been on time or early both times and my his needed some extra help getting going and he went above and beyond and made sure everything was done safely. Their prices are also unbeatable, I called several places before finding them last March and none compared to theirs’. As you can see, they also have very heavy duty vehicles capable of towing large vehicles. Done right is my go-to, and I recommend them to all my friends and family

Easily the worst tow experience I've ever had. This was through Allstate Motorclub and so Done Right is who was sent when my family's car broke down in 95 degree heat. They came quick I'll give them that but that's it. My parents car broke down and so I left work and met them and gave my car to them. Mom was on oxygen and couldn't stay. They left and I waited with the car thinking once I got home I could use another car and go back to work. Nope. When 'Michael peterson' (what I have from caller ID) came he informed me I wouldn't be allowed to ride with him, just the car could go. So in essence, he'd take my car home but not me leaving me stranded without my car... Again. This was due to "personal reasons" he stated but it was obvious his wife/girlfriend was already in the truck with him. I

Would 100% recommend these guys got a flat on my truck this morning and the came out within ten minutes of me calling and their prices are great would recommend checking these guys out if you never need to be towed.
